Generational change in the management of Crespel & Deiters

Shareholders of the Crespel & Deiters Group have appointed Frederick Deiters to the Executive Board as of January 1, 2026 – a milestone moment which will see management of the family-run company pass entirely to the sixth generation. The new Executive Board will consist of three family members and one external member. Gustav Deiters will step down from his active management role on December 31, 2025, after more than 41 years with the company.
