Trigovit® Tex
Trigovit® Tex is a sustainable vegetable protein source that helps create optimal texture in pet food. It can be produced in various shapes and colors, and tailored to individual product requirements—supporting both meat alternatives and hybrid recipes with reliable functionality. The protein content is >60%.
Trigovit® Protein (vital)
Thanks to its amino acids, the wheat protein has a high nutrient value and, as a valuable source of protein, is an important ingredient in pet food.
Trigovit® Protein (hydrolyzed)
Trigovit® Protein is a hydrolyzed wheat protein with a high nutrient value for pet food. Our hydrolyzed wheat protein is enzymatically hydrolyzed and gently dried to prevent heat damage. Its technical properties differ from vital wheat protein, making it ideal for alternative applications.
Trigovit® Starch
Trigovit® Starch is neutral in taste and odor, and offers high water-binding capacity. It is ideal for achieving a smooth, homogeneous structure and is suitable for clean-label formulations. It can be used in pet food applications including cat food (dry, wet, snacks), dog food (dry, wet, snacks), ornamental fish food (flakes, pellets, sticks, tablets) and rodent food (pellets, tablets).
Trigovit® Flour
This extruded flour is a gelling, neutral-tasting and odor-free texturizer with high water-binding capacity. It helps achieve a smooth, homogeneous structure and supports clean-label formulations. It is suitable for pet food applications including cat food (dry, wet, snacks), dog food (dry, wet, snacks), ornamental fish food (flakes, pellets, sticks, tablets) and rodent food (pellets, tablets).

Here, individual solutions and lab tests for extruded proteins are developed and validated, then prepared for seamless scale‑up on modern production lines. Initial sample quantities are made available early for better planning and more reliable subsequent delivery. With our dedicated R&D team, we build long‑term partnerships and enable customers to effectively outsource extrusion with tailored product solutions that meet their specific needs.
